Rapper Wyclef Jean has taken to the airwaves in his native Haiti to encourage his fellow countrymen to stop committing “evil” crimes. The former Fugees star - who was appointed as an ambassador for Haiti last year - has recorded a radio message in Creole, calling for an end to the increasing number of rape and kidnapping cases.
